The company's first job was building a soccer field for a local university, for $25,000.00. From $400,000.00 in revenue the first year, to the current forty million, we credit our success to hard work, honesty, and surrounding ourselves with "quality" people.

Although the company started out doing site work, our first goal was to become a paving company. In our fourth year of operation, we purchased a used asphalt batch plant. The batch plant helped kick start the company into its intended direction, producing 100,000 tons of hot mix asphalt per year for the four years the company owned it. Then in 2001, we replaced the aged plant with a 3 million dollar Astec drum mixer plant. Using our own crews, we took down the old plant and erected the new plant and started making mix in January, 2002.

P & S Paving now has 3 paving crews and an asphalt plant that can produce 3,000 tons of asphalt per shift and a fleet of equipment worth $10 million.

With 125 current employees and the bonding capability to perform up to $100,000,000.00 in work, we are looking forward to continued growth and prosperity in the future.
